The application provides a swift analysis of the real estate market.

Users can delineate an area of interest using a polygon or by selecting a central point. Depending on the account type, it is possible to generate a summary table and graphs for a more thorough analysis of the chosen area.

Important:

• A subscription must be purchased within the app for each city you wish to consult. Subscriptions are on a monthly basis for each city and come with a 3-day free trial period.
• Data is updated every three months for each city or area, with the number of available developments subject to change.
• Subscriptions can be acquired directly through the application, with charges applied to your iTunes account. Your account will be automatically billed 24 hours prior to the end of each subscription period.
• Subscribing users can cancel their subscription at any time through their iTunes account settings.
• The current subscription price is $1,499.00 MXP, subject to variation by country.
